Our website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. Data processing is based on a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. The servers are located exclusively in Germany.


3. Access Data & Server Logs

When you visit this website, the web server automatically collects the following data:

  • IP address (anonymized)

  • Date & time of access

  • Browser type & version

  • Operating system

  • Referrer URL

  • Hostname of the accessing device

12. Planned Involvement of the Sound of Peace Foundation

The Sound of Peace Foundation is currently being established. Once legally recognized, it will assume tasks previously carried out by Sound of Peace gGmbH in organizing the “Sound of Peace” initiative.

This includes purpose allocation, communication, and strategic and—if applicable—operational use of donations.

Personal data (e.g., name, email address, donation data) may be transferred to the foundation after its formation if used for the same purposes as outlined in this privacy policy.

Such transfers will be based on:

  • Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in consistent donation communication and fund allocation), or

  • Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR (if necessary for a contractual relationship)

We ensure appropriate technical and organizational measures are in place to protect your data.
